COPA FLIGHT 28 COPA Flight 28, Inc. is a chapter of the Canadian Owners and Pilots Association, founded in 1981. Please note that our meeting night has changed! Due to popular demand, we now meet the last Tuesday of the month rather than the last Friday. Meetings are held the last Tuesday of each month except for July and December. Dinner is at 1900h local time, meeting 1930h usually in a hangar at the airport. Signs to the location can be found on the night of the event on the door to the Spectrum Airways flying school, Burlington Air Park (CZBA), Bell School Line south of Britannia, in Burlington, Ontario.
